Her 3+ years of experience as a prosecutor in a high-paced setting sharpened her understanding of the inner workings of the justice system, and continues to inform her incisive defense strategy.

With over 50 jury trials tried to verdict and federal appellate oral arguments presented before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Nicole is known for her clarity under pressure, creative litigation style, commanding presence in the courtroom, and highly effective advocacy skills. She has been named a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" each year from 2021 through 2026—an honor reserved for just 2.5% of attorneys in Florida.
