SMS Terms of Service
These SMS Terms of Service govern text messaging with Sanchez Vaughn, Trial Lawyers ("the firm"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information, including mobile opt-in information.
The messages you are agreeing to receive. By opting in, you agree to receive conversational and informational SMS messages from Sanchez Vaughn, Trial Lawyers. These are individual, person-to-person messages related to your inquiry or matter. Expected messages include consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, case-related updates, document reminders, confirmation that we received your documents, requests that you contact the firm, and responses to your inquiries. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent under this consent.
Consent is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of hiring the firm or of receiving legal services. You may decline SMS and we will communicate with you by telephone, email, or another agreed method.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. The firm will also honor an opt-out request communicated through any other reasonable method — for example, by telling your attorney, calling 813-582-5188, or emailing admin@sanchezvaughn.com. Opting out will not affect your representation or legal services; the firm will simply communicate with you through other agreed methods.
Help and support. Reply HELP for assistance at any time. You may also call 813-582-5188 or text 813-582-5188, email admin@sanchezvaughn.com, or visit sanchezvaughn.com.
Opting back in. If you have opted out and later wish to resume text messages, reply START to opt back in.
Your mobile number. By consenting, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number. Please notify the firm promptly if your number changes, is disconnected, or is reassigned so we do not message the wrong person.
Security and appropriate use. SMS is not guaranteed to be secure or error-free. Please do not send highly sensitive information, documents, emergencies, deadlines, or urgent legal matters by text message — call 813-582-5188 instead. The firm may redirect sensitive communications to a telephone call, email, or a secure client portal.
Delivery. Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and other factors outside the firm's control and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information, including how mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are protected and the limited circumstances in which service providers may process them on the firm’s behalf.
